I’m a wife, a proud mom of four boys, and the owner of Payne & Co. Realty. Born and raised in Texas, I moved to Colorado in 2016 and earned my real estate license shortly after arriving. What started as a career quickly became a passion for helping families navigate some of life’s biggest transitions.

For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers across Colorado achieve their real estate goals. Along the way, I built my business on a simple philosophy real estate doesn’t have to be stressful. That’s where my signature approach, “Payne Free Real Estate,” was born. My goal is to make every transaction as smooth, straightforward, and worry free as possible while providing exceptional communication and guidance every step of the way.
